- Early Bird Registration [$195 first/$165 per additional project | COTE $165 | Student $50]: April 24 - May 8
- Registration Due: June 12, 2018
- Submissions Due: August 7, 2018
- Jury Day: September 21, 2018
- Awards Ceremony: October 30, 2018 (TBA)
